Baycity Services operates in the following manors:

You send us an email with your shopping list, you can specify the shopping from a specific store. For example you tell us you want your goods from Tesco, Sainsbury, CO-OP etc.. Our staff will do your shopping and we will email/text  you your Total cost including delivery. 

Our Delivery staff will show up on your door at an arranged time pass on your shopping and you pay them on the spot.

Please note that we are cash-less business, we only accept card payments. However you can always tip our staff by card or cash. 

Please note that certain Items will require ID to proof your age on products that have age restrictions. 

We do not accept orders that contain products of illegal or dangerous substances.

We do not deliver medicine or drugs.
